COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we would like to share with you the precautionary measures Omnia has in place to ensure you receive the same level of service you expect from us should the situation worsen.

To ensure continuity of our operations, each member of our team has the capability to work 100% remotely and we have cross-trained so that core functions can be handled by different people should a member of our team become ill. We are limiting travel and asking employees to stay home at any sign of illness.

In the event that we move to a remote work environment, there are a few details we’d like to note:

  • Client service: We have tested and confirmed our ability to handle day-to-day operations in a remote work environment. While avoiding in-person meetings, we would schedule our meetings to accommodate your preferences, whether by phone or video conferencing on Zoom or Go-To-Meeting.
  • Availability: Our business hours would remain unchanged and we are committed to making ourselves available to you at a time and in a format that works for you. Our office phone numbers forward to our mobile phones, so you never have to worry about getting in touch with us. For your convenience, our phone numbers are listed below.
  • Sending and receiving documents: We have the ability to send and receive secure email and faxes outside the office to avoid any delay in processing requests.
  • Technology & Data Security: Technology and security capabilities are an important requirement to ensure continued service to our clients. We continually test our technology systems to ensure we can deliver secure, uninterrupted service.

With these steps in place, we are confident in our ability to serve you even in these times of disruption and uncertainty. Thank you for your partnership as we help protect the health and safety of our clients, employees and community. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions about this update or any other matters you wish to discuss.
