Tina Snider

Tina Snider is a businesswoman and philanthropist dedicated to the preservation of Jewish culture and American values. After a series of successful startups across multiple industries, Ms. Snider devotes her full-time focus to social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. Snider currently serves as CEO of the Tina Snider Foundation, and also as President of the Gevura Fund, an organization that serves as a guidepost to people and organizations dedicated to preserving religious freedom and preventing discrimination related to antisemitism.

Ms. Snider also serves on the Board for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, The Center for Peace Communications, The Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets at the University of Maryland and serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Bruce D. Benson Center for the Study of Western Civilization at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Mike Leven

Mike Leven is a legendary business executive and visionary philanthropist. Inspired by Warren Buffet’s and Bill Gates’ Giving Pledge, Mike founded the Jewish Future Promise to carry on his family’s commitment to the community.

Mr. Leven currently serves on the boards of the AEPi Fraternity Foundation, Jewish National Fund, and the Marcus Foundation, and is an honorary board member of the Birthright Israel Foundation.

Professionally, Mike ended his tenure in 2019 as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Aquarium to devote more time to charitable endeavors like the Jewish Future Promise. In the past, he has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Franchise Systems, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Holiday Inn Worldwide, and the President of Days Inn of America.

Mike is the author of Can’t Do It Yourself: How Commitment to Others Leads to Personal Prosperity, which shares his roadmap to personal and professional success, ending each chapter with a lesson to live by in business and life.

 

Richard Gitlin

Richard Gitlin Esq. is widely recognized as one of the most respected deal makers for U.S.-Japan cross-border transactions including Gordon Brothers Japan. He worked with many Japanese governmental organizations on accelerating Japan’s financial and corporate restructuring process. He designed, recommended, and helped to implement the Japan Corporate Recovery Fund, managed by the Development Bank of Japan, funded with 200 billion yen. He served as Senior Strategic Advisor to Nomura Group, a leading Japanese securities company group in Japan, to assist Nomura in implementing restructuring strategies for Japanese companies. He advised the U.S. State, the Treasury Departments and the IMF, Canada, Korea, Indonesia and Mexico regarding corporate and/or sovereign restructuring reform. Previously, he was a founder, builder and served as either President or Chairman of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American College of Bankruptcy and INSOL International, organizations devoted to improving insolvency systems. In 2002, he was named as one of the “Top 100 Kingmakers, Deal Breakers and Power Brokers” by the financial industry journal CFO and was chosen by The American Lawyer (April 2002) as a “Dealmaker of the Year” for 2001.

Upon retirement, Richard devotes much of his time towards philanthropy. He launched The Nagen Project six years ago, an organization comprised of visionary philanthropists who pool their resources together to fund and execute strategies that combat antisemitism in North America.
